1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Sodalit app ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.

2. User Generated Content & Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

Sodalit allows users to post activities, upload profiles, and message others ("User Content"). We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content.

You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or to solicit illegal acts.
• Spam other users or post commercial advertisements without permission.

Enforcement: Sodalit reserves the right to remove any content and ban any user who violates these terms immediately and without prior notice. Users can report objectionable content or behavior directly within the App. We review reports within 24 hours.

3. Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

Sodalit is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit the posting, sharing, or solicitation of content that depicts, promotes, or condones the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming behaviors, and sextortion.

Our Action Plan:

• Immediate Removal: Any content identified as CSAE will be removed immediately.
• Permanent Ban: Accounts found violating this policy will be permanently suspended without warning.
• Reporting to Authorities: We will report any instances of CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies (CyberTipline).

4. Show-up Rate & Reliability

Sodalit utilizes a "Show-up Rate" to track attendance reliability. Repeated failure to attend accepted events ("No-Shows") may result in a lower score, limited visibility, or temporary/permanent suspension of your account at our sole discretion.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Sodalit is a platform to connect people. We do not conduct criminal background checks on our users.You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.We recommend meeting in public places, informing a friend of your plans, and prioritizing your safety. Sodalit is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your interactions with other users.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
